Process After Investment

KOBI Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc's portfolio management method involves no interference in the company's daily operations or management. On the contrary, through its vast experience and knowledge, it aims to play a guiding role for the company at any stage of its business cycle, enabling it to grow as projected.

In this sense, at least one board member, who is an expert in his/her field, is appointed to the company being invested in. The company's board of directors meet regularly and all managerial, financial and strategic decisions related to the company are agreed on during these meetings.

Additionally, KOBI Venture Capital Investment Trust Incorporation, for the purpose of providing the audit of the companies which they invest in, appoints an auditor to the subject company. In case of some deficiencies in financial management of the company, a financial manager is appointed by KOBI Venture Capital Investment Trust Incorporation.

Companies are subject to semi-annual audits by KOBI Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc and also an annual independent audit.
